Not quite deluxe but pleasant. Umbrellas for the beach would be good. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. Raoul was excellent at breakfast but larger bowls are needed to accomodate the yummy lush breakfast. Proximity to beach and shops was great and really promoted rest and relaxation.

What an amazing stay it was. Had very good experience right from reservation until checkout. Property is right at the beach and just near the entry. Room size is big and very clean and hygienic. I would like to thank each and every staff be it at the reception or housekeeping. Sunita and Swarupa made sure all the guests are comfortable and they keep asking if any issue. Housekeeping staffs are very gentle. Cleaning staff found a ring we left, after we are back to Bangalore, I got a call that they found some ring in the room. Totally trustworthy. Also like to thank restaurant staffs, specially the manager there, very gentle person. This is my second stay at cuba and will come again. Garden view rooms I like the most.

I had a horrid experience in this hotel. I had travelled along with my wife and 2 young kids to the hotel on 16th Nov. I had booked this hotel via Make My Trip. On check-in to hotel I found that intercom is not working. After calling for room service came to know the intercom was not plugged into the socket! Meantime when I was trying to call the reception on the mobile number which they had given no one was picking up. It took several tries to pickup and this story was repeated several times during my stay in the hotel. Other examples of poor service and maintenance was that the AC remote sensing part was on the side of the AC instead of front. Main issue however was that there was no hot water for taking bath ! This is a very basic requirement for any hotel especially one which is located near the beach. I was not informed of this issue at time of check-in so first time I opened the tap and waited for the hot water to come for 20 to 30 mins before realizing that something is wrong. Only after calling I was informed that there is some issue with hot water service and that it will not get resolved during my entire stay duration. Alternate was for staff to provide me bucket of hot water. Now the problem is the staff would take 30 mins to bring this hot water and that too after multiple reminders. This incident with the hot water and the waiting time for buckets to arrive was repeated multiple times next 2 days and I got fed up of the hotel and asked for refund or reduction in the hotel amount for the pathetic service I was receiving. I was told that was not possible since I had booked via Make My Trip. After several such incidents and threatening to lodge a police complaint for harassment I was finally moved to an alternate property they owned in Agonda beach. I would suggest NOT TO EVER BOOK IN PALOLEM BEACH RESORT and SAVE YOURSELF THE HARRASSMENT FROM THE HOTEL and its staff/owner Major concerns 1. No one picks up at reception 2. No hot water , which is a very basic requirement for any hotel , especially one which is near beach 3. In general staff takes long time to perform any tasks 4. When issue is known still there is no attempt to improve the service 5. Breakfast is poorly managed, it took long time especially to get the puri or paratha to the buffet counter. You will feel like a beggar waiting for food or hot water here

I stayed her for 3nights room was perfect a/c and fans which are needed … access straight onto the beach very peaceful and calm restaurant second to none with an abundance of different foods There is also facilities for yoga and meditation my go to place in the south

They showed us one room,but they provided another room.They don't clean the rooms everyday.We had to ask for complementary water bottle everyday.Also they didn't provide soap and shampoo.You have to ask every time The food is quite expensive but the taste was not up to the mark.Staffs were not attentive as well to the customer Only good part is -location of the hotel and live music in the restaurant
